President’s Message for January 2012
Happy New Year
2012 looks like a great year with lots of exciting things on the go.
Our Banquet Facility at the golf course is very busy catering to business meetings, weddings, golf tournaments and numerous other events.
We are installing a chair lift to make the upper floor handicapped accessible. Unfortunately an elevator was not a viable option.
Playground renovations continue to be a priority. Progress is being made on the design and we are getting inline for funding support. Greenview Park is looking like 2013 followed by Hillview and John Paul I.
In partnership with MCARFA, we are planning to develop a permanent Snack Shack complete with washrooms near the 10th Tee at the golf course.
Don’t forget to read the activities pages to see what is happening in Woodvale and the rest of Mill Woods. Upcoming events include the Family Ski Night in February and the Clean-up Event in May.
