EXEVUTIVE MEETING

Meeting called to order by Alice Park at 9:25pm

MOTION:  To accept the March minutes as presented.

Treasurer’s Report: Barry Headrick
Barry handed out February’s statements; there is a $28, 000 loss and a $334,000 year to date loss.  There is about $900,000 in the bank.  Barry moved to adopt for information.

Reimbursements: Jacquie Breitkreitz
Sign in sheets are slowly coming in, there are also many reimbursements left to payout.  

Community Services: Jay Row
Jay handed out the CRC notes for April.  Some issues at Greenview Park have been raised; there is glass in the sand and drainage issues.  The trees in Hillview need to be addressed.  Alice will ask Sandy if we received the STEP grant information.

Woodvale Cleanup: Colleen Derrick
Colleen is securing four bins for cleanup, Saturday May 24th will be the cleanup day, and Colleen would also like to have a reuse fair in the activity center.  

Newsletter:  Christina Gray
Deadline is tomorrow.

Communication Committee
The newly formed committee will meet half an hour before board meetings to discuss better communication within the community.
